Muslims on Turtle Island

Muslims on Turtle Island was a series of public talks, panels and workshops that focus on Muslims as settlers on Turtle Island/North America, where students, academics, artists and activists think about what it means to be Muslim on this land, the ethical and moral implications of being settlers/migrants, as well as some of the complexities that arise from Muslim lands being colonized. This event was hosted in September 2021 by the Centre for Comparative Muslim Studies at Simon Fraser University. The playlist of all recorded lectures can be found here.
